METHANE PYROLYSIS & AMMONIA PRODUCTION

METHANE PYROLYSIS & AMMONIA PRODUCTION

Green Hydrogen can be generated from steam methane reforming, methane pyrolysis, Coal gasification, and water electrolysis. It is characterized by eminent higher heating value than most fuels such as gasoline. Moreover, it is recognized as a clean, viable, and benign energy vector for decarbonization and fossilization.

Green Hydrogen is a potential Energy source that can replace fossil fuels and reduce environmental pollution. The high demand for plastics is driving the plastics production rate to increase yearly, leading to a great accumulation of plastic waste materials resulting in a severe burden on the environment. Continuous Pyrolysis of plastic waste materials to hydrogen and other high-value fuels is a promising route that can efficiently provide an ideal long-term solution necessary to overcome this environmental challenge.

Green hydrogen produced through  electrolysis  by  splitting  water  molecules into individual elements and in the process, only hydrogen and oxygen is produced the oxygen can safely be released into the atmosphere as a by-product. Electrolysis requires electrical energy generated through  Renewable Energy sources  like  wind  and  solar  power  in  the  case  of  green  hydrogen. Green hydrogen is the cleanest way to produce hydrogen with the lowest possible (close to zero) co2 emissions. The next couple of years will be decisive for the  fight  against  climate  change.  moving  to  green  and  low-carbon  hydrogen  is the  goal  to  decarbonize  many  sectors  like  heavy  transport  and  industry.
