PYROLYSIS PLANT

All combustible Waste materials will be converted into Hydrocarbon gas and Carbon mass by feeding it into a continuous process reactor, under an Inert Atmosphere (without oxygen), heated to 450 – 700 deg celsius.

In the Pyrolysis process, the Hydrocarbon gas gets cooled in condensers and is collected as Liquid fuel/Pyrolysis fuel, commonly Furnace oil.

A component of approx. 20% of Hydrocarbon gas cannot be condensed. Such gases, called permanent gases, are recycled and reused to heat the Pyrolysis reactor, to dry the Input MSW and to power the entire plant & machinery.
