CARBON PELLETISATION
The only leftover material from the solid waste, the carbon mass from the Pyrolysis reactor undergoes the following stages
Carbon mass is mixed with Binder
Mixture subjected to high temp & pressure comes out as pellets through specially designed Dies
Cooling of pellets to room temp
Screening to get the uniform output of carbon pellets
Packaging & storage
Carbon Pellets have @ 7000 Kcal of heat output and hence find use as a FUEL for burning/heating applications
